A true historic heritage of the region!

Our park has transitioned from being a school in the early 1920s through being one of the California's famous rock bars, where legendary ZZ Top once performed, to a peaceful RV Park, where our tenants enjoy rustic desert atmosphere and breathtaking mountainviews!
